A very nice room size in reality with a really comfortable bed indeed and and thetefore slept like a log, the room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpfull and so to our needs without hesitation in a very polite manner. We had a lovelly breakfast indeed. Yes I would stay there again!

Great service from the hotel especially with Anita’s massage therapies

After visiting Anita at the main hotel, I had a great experience with her tailored massage therapies, particularly the sports massage. The service from the hotel staff especially Gerry and Marita was lovely as they were friendly and welcomingn. I found the environment clean and welcoming. While waiting at the main reception, I treated myself to a coffee from the machine and look forward to seeing Anita again.

Hotel was lovely, only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed the night. Good quality bed and shower was like being in a relaxing rain storm. Plenty of coffee and tea. The essentials. Staff were very friendly too. All round 5 stars. Would definitely stay again!

Good location a couple of minutes from J1 M5. Very modern, spacious public areas. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Everything clean and tidy. Room and bathroom spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast extra but eat all you want for £16 with good selection of decent food. Parking at £7 was OK as the room rate was pretty cheap. Only slight criticism is that outside seating is limited to a handful of tables outside the front door. It was the hottest day of the year and inside is quite dark with air conditioning so not where you want to be on a day like that. However all in a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Great hotel, 24 hour pizza even if kitchen is closed. Amazing wifi was able to play on my xbox online in my room with no lag. Rooms are clean and have ac. Breakfast was great and would recommend brummie burger. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone
